A Plan for living with COVID-19″ was declared by the minister for Health. In the Plan, 5 levels are provided with all counties in the Country under level 3 status, which can cause travel restrictions. The Health-Act 1947 (Section 31A-Temporary Restrictions) Covid 19 Regulations 2020) specifically mentions “emergency /essential dental services at section 15 (i). Section 4 (f) of the Act” Restrictions of movement of applicable persons”: has come into effect.
Patients scheduled for Essential dental care will be sent a travel document specifying the date and time of their dental appointment.
We have our strict GDPR policy in place and will not divulge any information about you.
Patients are required to arrive at the centre 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment so our staff can go through some Covid related questions and temperature measurement, prior to entering the clinical setting.
Adults are asked to come unaccompanied to the appointment, while children can be accompanied by one parent only. This allows for the required social distancing. On arrival Please use the hand sanitiser.
The Centre now uses a one way system for entry and departure. The centre has two waiting room areas: prior to treatment, please use the sitting area near the entrance, and after treatment please take a seat in the green area until our reception staff member calls you to the front reception counter.
Due to the extensive overheads caused by the use of PPP, a surcharge of €5 euro may be charged per visit in addition to the treatment fee.
We look forward to continuing to provide high quality care for our patients
