The ISHSKO Centre, is happy to introduce - Simon Cullen – Sports Injury Massage Therapist as a New addition to compliment the ISHSKO Detox team. The ISHSKO centre will be presenting 2 talks on with a focus on the effects massage has on detoxing the body through working on the various elemination routes of the body. The circulation and lymphatic system for repairing the body. Sports massage for injury rehabilitation, how sports specific techniques can aid recovery faster and improve mobility and return to full fitness is gained before an exercise program is established.
As a Massage Therapist he will incorporate an individualized program to help you towards Optimal Health. Simon has a passion for health and wellness and has qualified in the field of Sports Injury Massage & Rehabilitation & Swedish & Deep Tissue massage, also incorporates various energy release techniques.
Simon has a passion for health, wellness and understands the potential of the human body to respond to change.
As a therapist he incorporates the client’s medical history with a physical examination in order to understand the imbalances and works together with the client to find solutions. A treatment plan will then be discussed to determining how to work towards optimum health.
